Q. Who can make a referral to Travel Training?
A. Anyone can.

Q. Can someone be Travel Trained if they cannot tell the time?
A. Often they can, so please send in a referral form.

Q. Can someone be trained if they do not have any money skills?
A. Yes there are many ways that this can be overcome.

Q. Can I make a referral for several different journeys?
A. Yes but each journey needs a separate referral form.

Q. I sent in a referral form some time ago but I have not heard anything?
A. Please contact us and we will check on our system to see if we have
received your referral.

Q. How long will it be before training starts?
A. This is impossible to answer as it is dependant on many factors and you may
need to speak with your travel trainer to fully answer this question.

Q. How often will the sessions be?
A. Generally once a week but this can vary.

Q. Do you escort people to school, college or work?
A. No, our trainers are not escorts and will train a person to travel independently on a specific route.

Q. Do trainers work in the school /college holidays?
A. Yes, our busiest time is in the summer holidays.

Q. Who pays the fares?
A. Circumstances are different please speak with your travel trainer.
